These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website https://satark.live (the “Website”), owned and operated by Satark Technology Private Limited (“Satark AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its corporate office at 216, Pushti Sparsh Arcade, B/s Shell Petrol Pump, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad City, Ahmedabad - 380005, Gujarat and registered office at 9th Floor, GIFT One Tower, GIFT City, Gandhinagar – 382355, Gujarat. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Scope — Website Only

These Terms apply solely to your use of the Website (informational content, demo requests, careers pages, and similar). They do not govern your use of the Satark AI cyber intelligence platform (the “Product” or “Platform”). Satark AI currently provides the Product exclusively via on-premise deployment, under a separate Master Service Agreement, License Agreement, Support Agreement, and Data Processing Agreement executed directly with each enterprise customer. Those agreements — not these Terms — govern use of the Product.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, our systems, or networks;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Website without our prior written consent;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, the Satark AI name and marks, product screenshots, and underlying software — is owned by or licensed to Satark Technology Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
